Scott served 24+ years in federal law enforcement. He started with the U.S. Border Patrol as a Patrol Agent. He transferred to the Immigration and Naturalization Service and served as a Supervisory Deportation Officer and a Special Agent. In 2004, he began his career with the FBI serving as a Special Agent in Little Rock, Tucson, and Oklahoma City. He retired from the FBI in 2019.
Scott has investigative experience throughout the United States, Africa, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. During his career, he worked immigration, counterterrorism, drugs, bank robberies, crimes against children, and surveillance. Scott’s global investigative skills and interviewing prowess can aid your law practice.
Scott is a highly trained interviewer. He has attended courses presented by U.S. and foreign government agencies and private sector providers here in the states. He put those skills to work around the world. And he’ll put those same skills to work for you. He solved one of FBI Oklahoma City’s oldest cold cases through expert interviewing of a death row inmate.
Scott was a certified FBI surveillance agent. He spent the last two years of his career conducting surveillance from the ground and the air in support of FBI investigations. Scott has a talented team of former agents who can assist on surveillance no matter the scope.
